NECTAR Resources (Pvt) Ltd (“NECTAR”, “we”, “us”) is a diversified enterprise registered in Zimbabwe, operating in engineering & mining, international education consultancy, corporate advisory, and agrifood retail. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and through our client engagements.

We process personal information in accordance with the Zimbabwe Data Protection Act [Chapter 11:12] and, where applicable to international students and partners, the data protection laws of the destination country.

We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver our services:

• Inquiry details — name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, the division you select and the message you write when you use our contact form.
• Engagement records — documents you provide during a consultancy engagement (for example academic transcripts for study placements, or company records for advisory work), collected under a separate engagement agreement.
• Technical data — basic, non-identifying usage data (such as pages visited and device type) used to keep the website fast and reliable.

Our website contact form does not store your details on our servers. When you submit the form, your browser opens WhatsApp with your message prefilled, and the conversation continues on WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. under its own privacy policy. Only the details you choose to send are shared with us.

• To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request.
• To meet legal, regulatory and licensing obligations (for example PRAZ, NSSA, visa and immigration requirements).
• To maintain records required for audit and professional-standards purposes.
