Flagship Project — Masvingo Province, Zimbabwe

The Bikita 200 TPH
tin & tantalite plant.

Every claim on this site traces back to a working operation. This is the one that anchors them all — a 200 tonne-per-hour processing plant our engineers designed, built, commissioned and still run.

Why Bikita Matters

Proof of use, in tonnes per hour.

Bikita, in Masvingo Province, sits on one of the world's most significant hard-rock mineral belts. It is where NECTAR chose to prove its turnkey model — not with a study or a rendering, but with a plant that processes 200 tonnes of ore every hour.

The plant is the working answer to the question every prospective client asks: have you actually done this before? From geological survey and licensing through circuit design, construction, commissioning and operator training, every stage was delivered by the same accountable NECTAR team that runs the plant today.

Scope of Work

Everything between the first survey and today's shift.

01
Circuit Design

Full process flowsheet — crushing, milling, gravity separation and recovery circuits sized for 200 tonnes per hour.

02
Civil & Structural Works

Foundations, plant structures, conveyor galleries and stockpile pads built to mining-grade specification.

03
Processing Infrastructure

Crushing and milling stations, CIP and elution capability, and heap-leach readiness within one integrated plant.

04
Commissioning & Ramp-Up

Wet commissioning, throughput ramp-up and performance testing against nameplate capacity.

05
Operator Training

A certified local workforce trained on the equipment they now run every shift.

06
Ongoing Operations

NECTAR engineers remain on site — the same team that designed the plant runs it daily.
