This website is operated by NECTAR Resources (Pvt) Ltd (“NECTAR”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Zimbabwe. By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The website presents information about NECTAR's four divisions — Engineering & Mining, Study & Travel, Business Solutions, and Prime Butcheries & Farm — and provides ways to contact us. Content is provided for general information only and does not constitute engineering, legal, financial, tax, immigration or any other professional advice.

Submitting an inquiry through this website does not create a client relationship. All services — mining projects, study placements, advisory work and commercial meat supply — are delivered under separate written engagement agreements that set out scope, fees, timelines and responsibilities. Where these terms and an engagement agreement differ, the engagement agreement prevails.

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current — including throughput figures, outlet locations, partner institutions and launch dates — but details can change. Figures such as plant capacity describe nameplate or operating conditions at the time of publication and are not a warranty of future performance. Always confirm current details with us before relying on them.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage or impair it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest or republish site content at scale without our written permission.

The NECTAR name, logo, and all text, graphics and layouts on this site are the property of NECTAR Resources (Pvt) Ltd or used with permission. You may view and share links to the site freely; any other reproduction requires our prior written consent. Stock video and imagery used on this site remain the property of their respective licensors.

The site links to third-party platforms and websites (including WhatsApp, social media platforms, partner universities and our developer's website). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. Communications sent via WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own terms of service.

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Zimbabwe, NECTAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Liability arising from a contracted engagement is governed by that engagement's agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
