Compliance clinic for PRAZ-registered suppliers, Harare
A half-day working session on tender eligibility — registration renewals, NSSA standing and tax clearance validity — run by the licensed CPAs in the Business Solutions division.

Dateline · Harare, Zimbabwe
NECTAR Business Solutions will run a half-day compliance clinic in Harare for companies that bid, or intend to bid, on public-sector work.
The session is a working clinic rather than a presentation. Attendees bring their current registration and filing position; the division's licensed CPAs and accredited auditors work through it with them.
What the session covers
- Registration standing — renewal dates, category coverage, and whether the category you hold matches the work you are bidding for
- NSSA position — what counts as current, and why a payment arrangement is assessed differently from being up to date
- Tax clearance validity — in particular, clearance that is valid at the start of a tender response and expired by the submission deadline
- Registry accuracy — directorship and shareholding records that no longer match reality, and the discrepancies they create at screening
- Audit readiness — what an independent financial audit needs to look like to stand up at a bank or a tender board
Who it is for
Directors, finance leads and bid managers at companies already registered with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe, or preparing to register.
Most tender rejections we are asked to review were screen-outs on compliance standing rather than losses on price or technical merit. The clinic is aimed squarely at that failure mode.
Places are limited. Register your interest through the advisory desk and a consultant will confirm the date and venue with you directly.
